QwikQuote ist schneller als Tabellenkalkulationen oder Textverarbeitungen,  denn Sie müssen nichts neu eingeben oder das Angebot neu formatieren, QwikQuote macht das für Sie. 

QwikQuote's vier Hauptansichten sind sehr einfach aufgebaut und alle Hauptansichten benutzen diese Grundschaltflächen 
(Wenn Sie die Buttons anklicken, sehen Sie die betreffende Menüansicht.)

Wie Sie ein Angebot schnell erstellen!

1. Wählen Sie Price List um aus der Preisliste ein Produkt auszuwählen.
2. In Quote fügen Sie die einelnen Positionen und die Kontaktadresse hinzu .
3. Das Aussehen Ihres Angebots können Sie unter Layout auswählen .
4. Detaillierte Informationen zu Ihren Produkten ersehen Sie in Catalog, dazu gehören z.B. Gewicht, Farbe, benutzerdefinierte Felder, besondere Vorteile, Bilder und mehr. 

Die Optionen Maske & Preislisten Import

Die QwikQuote Optionen Maske erlaubt Ihnen, spezifische Einstellungen wie etwa den verwendeten Kontakt-Manager einzustellen. Der Button für den Import der Preisliste läßt Sie sehr einfach bestehende Produktdaten in QwikQuote importieren.

• Answer product questions faster. Click on any product description, and scroll through pages of technical information, marketing data, and product specifications in QwikQuote's Info Box. You can even cut and paste information from your word processor.

• To e-mail your quote, export to an Adobe Acrobat PDF document and attach the quote to an e-mail!  QwikQuote includes an Acrobat-compatible PDF generator at no additional charge!

• Establishing a link to your contact manager is easy in QwikQuote's Options screen. Just select your contact manager and identify its location with the Browse button.

• Die Optionen Maske erlaubt Ihnen eine vollkommende Anpassung inklusive der Angabe, welche Informationen in der Preisliste und im Angebot erscheinen sollen. 
• Just click on the down arrow in the field to choose which information to put in which column.  For instance, you might want to look at part numbers in your price list, but not put them on the quote itself.  It's your choice!

• Der Import Ihrer bestehenden Preisliste ist sehr einfach mit der eingebauten QwikQuote Import-Routine.
• Sie können Daten aus jeder beliebigen Excel oder Datenbankdatei (Access. dBase, Paradox, Lotus, FoxPro etc.) in QwikQuote importieren, dafür müssen Sie nur angeben, welche Felder QwikQuote verwenden soll.
